MARK MORDELL

Mark D. Mordell is Chairman and CEO of Avidbank Holdings, Inc., an innovative commercial
bank headquartered in San Jose, California.

Mark is also a board member of MMM Management, Inc., the strategic advisor to a family office based in San Francisco, CA. Additionally, in 1991 he founded California Bavarian Corporation and its successor company, CBC Properties, LLC, which was a full-service real estate investment and
management organization based in Palo Alto.

Mark is a firm believer in service and giving back to the community and has served and
serves on various community organizations including Stanford University, Peninsula Bridge,
Sacred Heart Preparatory School, and The Town of Portola Valley.

Mark is an avid fitness enthusiast and outdoorsman who enjoys hiking, biking,
mountaineering, snowboarding as well as hunting and fishing. He has two daughters and
four grandchildren and resides in Portola Valley, California with his wife of 41 years

Mark received a BA in Economics from Stanford University where he played football for
four years.
